Refund policy
We want you to love your Kind Atoms products, but if you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:
- Returns Window: You can return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in a resalable condition.
- Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, unless they are faulty.
- Non-Resalable Items: We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for items that are not in a resalable condition. This includes products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Refund Process: Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
