Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated shipping time, please allow an additional 3 business days before reaching out.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please check with your neighbors or local courier office before contacting us.

Incorrect Address & Returns to Sender

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee redelivery.
  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
